Today is a day for planning strategies for having a dialogue with my industry

I took this picture at the GEL Conference, and it shows Randy Garutti, COO of the Shake Shack in NYC, who made the amazing statement: "have a dialogue with your industry." Yes, I plan to do just that. What he means is that you have to reset the standards and expectations. The way we've always done it is just not good enough.
